Shipping Information
Sweet Petula is happy to offer simple flat rate shipping on all your orders! All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping is sent 3 - 4 day Ground. Signatures are not required for our packages and we are not responsible for lost packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address.


Return Policy
Due to the nature of bath and body products we can not accept opened or used products as returns. If the wrong merchandise is received or the wrong size of products, Sweet Petula will immediately ship out the correct item free of charge. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.


Tax Policies
Only customers living in Washington State will be charged tax. Taxes will be assessed based on State and Regional law. All orders from other states will not be charged tax in your order. Tax will automatically be calculated on your purchase while paying through Google Checkout.
