Carside Fetch Requirements
You must have an up-to-date credit card on file
You must have a signed Carside Fetch participation agreement
You must comply with all rules and safety requirements
Harness Requirements
Your dog must be wearing their official Good Clean Dog harness
The harness must be properly fitted
Your dog must be clipped into your vehicle's seatbelt restraint using the official Good Clean Dog seatbelt system
Vehicle Requirements
Traffic signals and instructions provided by our team must be strictly obeyed. Please do not enter or exit the Carside Fetch lane unless the traffic light is green
Your vehicle must be in park before our team approaches your car
Please drive slowly and cautiously throughout the parking lot and Carside Fetch area, as many dogs, customers, and team members may be moving through the area at any given time
